Nothing in this policy limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability arising from intentional or gross fault (faute intentionnelle ou faute lourde) under the Civil Code of Québec.

The commitments in this policy (including response times, deletion timelines, and security measures) represent commercially reasonable efforts. We may be delayed by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, we will fulfil our obligations as soon as reasonably practicable.
